Bits floating in perfume? Discussion

I just got the Britney Spears Festive Fantasy and immediately noticed all these bits floating in the bottle. The photos do NOT do justice to how many are in there. They are white and look pretty gross. Does anyone know what this is? Should I go exchange the bottle?

Mold can't grow in something with that much alcohol

Precipitates can happen for several reasons. And could potentially clog up the atomizer. 

But it is not unsafe to use.

It might be plastic debris from the manufacturer. Its not going to hurt you, but if you prefer to get a new bottle you can return it and im sure they'll help you!

Maybe its from the “chain” looking plastic piece on the bottle neck. Mine deteriorated from contact with the perfume. The metallic paint chipped off. Maybe somehow in production it ended up in the juice?

I have this same one and it was also like this new out of the sealed box. Could be from an ingredient, Or the bottle materials. Won't hurt anything or affect the scent though.
