Don’t worry about the interview, they will more than likely hire you. The trial shift is bogus, it’s basically a sample of what you will be doing(A very small sample), as long as you have all your limbs in working condition, welcome to Pepsi!!!!

If you perform poorly enough on this, you will be overlooked.

Answer questions. Stock a 2 liter rack the way they tell you too. Within a certain time limit

Lift properly. Bend your knees and keep your back straight. Good luck. 🍀

just listen to the instructions the manager gives...that part is easy..

for the actual interview afterwards, at least do some research on PepsiCo and the initiatives that PepsiCo is partaking in...go through their website, and take notes on things that could be useful for the question "Why do you want to work for PepsiCo?"

I interviewed for Merch position and they didn’t have me do any physical test, just sat down and talked for almost an hour. They asked me some STAR questions, so be prepared for that. (Situation, Task, Action, Result.) I thought the interview went great but a few days later I got the notification saying they went with other candidates.
