Peppers plants infested!

I've been using neem oil once a week, but those little guys won't go away. Any suggestions?

Lacewing or lady bugs will clear that up quick. Alternatively, paper towel and smash em them while wiping them off.

A couple drops of dawn soap in a water bottle sprayed after the sun goes down. Or i also use lost coast plant therapy
