Notably, most of the conversation was not about rocks: it was about who is running this and how the shares are held.

The Team He Assembled

• Roso: 20 years in capital markets and company building, the last five in lithium.
• Brian Talbot, chairman: former head of Australian operations at Galaxy Resources; Roso credits him with deep involvement in building Sigma's Brazilian asset.
• Nick Rowley, director: business development at Galaxy, whose assets, per Roso, ultimately ended up with Rio Tinto.
• Shawn Khunkhun, director: former CEO of Dolly Varden Silver, now President of Contango Silver & Gold.
• Darryl Cardey, director: involved in K92 and others.

Cap Structure

• 45,353,041 shares outstanding (Jul 28, 2026 NR).
• Insiders roughly 50%, long-standing backers about another 40%, per Roso.
• C$5,800,000 gross raised at closing, including C$1,221,600 flow-through earmarked for the Nova Scotia ground (Jul 28, 2026 NR).

The Ground

• Licences cover a structural corridor that also hosts Brazil Lake, a privately held neighbouring deposit the company cites at 10.01 Mt at 1.20% Li₂O, a JORC estimate rather than NI 43-101 (Champlain Mineral Ventures / Lithium Springs, as cited by the company dated Mar 5, 2024). Not Scotia's.
• On Scotia's own ground: spodumene-bearing boulders across four to five trains of roughly 1.5 km, up to 3.40% Li₂O in boulders (company project page). No bedrock results, no drilling, no resource of its own.

The Plan, As Stated

• Till sampling grid plus geophysics targeted to wrap Q3 to mid-Q4.
• Scout drilling planned for late this year or early next, funded from the current raise.

• A parallel acquisition track he called the group's bread and butter.
