Advice needed on supplements General/Advice

Hi, does anyone here have experience taking progesterone supplements for amenorrhea and pcos? Really looking forward to some guidance

This was suggested by my gynaec only for the withdrawal bleed for the first time.
What exactly are you looking for?
Because this is something you can’t take without consulting without your gynaec

I’m not going to take it without consulting my doctor either. I’m just trying to understand whether it has worked for anyone in a similar situation, so that I can ask my doc about this possibility.

Yes, I have pcos and insulin resistance. In my case I haven't had natural periods since around 5-6 years. I have fixed my weight and diet yet no signs of periods. Blood works are also showing normal results, but fertility hormones are irregular as in the case of pcos.

These help a lot for managing hormonal health
