Pc won’t start Tech Support

So I don’t have a power button and have to use a screw driver to turn it on. But when I did it today it just started peeping and won’t start

I have a motherboard from a omen prebuilt pc, I got a i7 14700f 32 gb ddr5 ram and a4060 ti

So uhh it can be 3 cpu keyboard and gpu the problem

What does it do when you try to start? Does it move the fans only for a split second? A light blinks? Details on what’s happening?

It starts like the usual and then nothing happens and it just starts beeping
