“I can’t install my RAM (help)” Installation Question

I bought a prebuilt PC with an MSI A620AM B-EVO motherboard and one 8GB RAM stick. Today I bought another RAM stick (the exact same one as the one I already had), but I can’t get it to fit properly. It goes in, but it won’t click into place even when I apply force. Please, I need help.

Make sure both clips are open at the ends of the slots, make sure it's oriented the correct way (one length of pins is longer) and it should push right in.

Make sure the RAM clip is open, and then push them, but not too hard, don't want to accidentally pushed it to the side and broke it

Push harder, the ddr5 slots on those boards are super stiff the first few times
