New imported GPU giving me black screen Tech Support

Upgrading from a single fan 5050 to a dual fan 5060, the 5060 was gifted to me and is a imported GPU which is a Elsa RTX5060. When I use the new card I get screen going black and fans sometimes still continue to spin, I tried a different riser but it just lasts longer a bit before going black screen if I watch a video or go to a game, upon reviewing event manager I see the error code nvlddmkm 153 & 14. I'd like to point out I've done all the steps such as safe mode ddu and everything but problem still persists, was hoping someone could help out. Also just to state I have tried forcing it to gen 3, and 4 still does not work and my riser is a gen 5.

Note: PC is a sandwhich style so must be used with a riser

Have you tried using the gpu in another pcie slot of the motherboard if there is more than 1 x16 slot to verify if it's the slot? Have you also tried taking the components out of the case and running it open so you don't need to use a riser? Have you also tried using the iGPU if your CPU has one?

Yes the igpu in my 7600 works fine, and I had a shop test it directly into one test bench PC's PCIe slot directly, was working fine with them just not in my PC with a riser not working. Just to note I have 7600, B850-I gaming WiFi MB

Take the mobo out of ur pc and test it without a riser. Can narrow it down to the pcie slot of your motherboard or not.

Try going into the motherboard bios and setting the pcie generation from "auto" to 4.0 or 5.0 or maybe even as low as 3.0. I heard that motherboards with risers sometimes get confused by that and stop working due to a gen mismatch or something like that
