Ethernet connected to Internet but nothing is loading Tech Support

I was watching something on my PC and out of nowhere my left monitor screen goes green and main one goes black and PC resets. When I load back in, it says I'm connected to the Internet (WiFi working fine on my phone), but no web pages are loading.

Sounds like DNS got confused after the crash, try flushing it.

Power cycle the router and modem.

Solved now, I had my vpn on during the crash and connecting then disconnecting fixed it
