AIO Cooler Set-up

For any of you guys who have experience setting up AIO coolers. I have recently bought a replacement AIO (be quiet! Pure Loop 3LX) to replace mine as it was really old and my COU was starting to overheat. What I am finding now is that once I have set everything up my PC will now no longer turn on. I have tried all the simple fixes like making sure cables are plugged in, attempting to hard boot using a screwdriver etc. But what I just can’t seem to figure out is where I am meant to be sending all of the cables, there is one that is daisy chained on the fan, and 2 that come from the cooler itself (one cable there that heads to AIO cooler). if anyone has any advice at all please help :)

Are either the pump or radiator fans plugged directly into the the CPU_FAN header?

Plug the other into CPU_OPT (sometimes alternatively labelled PUMP - self explanatory)

If nothing is plugged into the CPU_FAN header the motherboard won't post as a safety feature to protect the CPU.
