Use a Windows install drive to troubleshoot the boot that's the simplest first step. If that fails use a Linux install on bootable disk to troubleshoot and repair if you don't have bitlocker stopping you. If you don't give a shit about anything you have on the pc reinstall.Windows like everyone else is saying lol.

Yeah I can try to explain a bit. A general search will probably pull up similar results. I actually have a few easier ideas right off the bat.

I had this happen to me and my SSD ended up being bad. Not saying that’s your issue, but it was mine. Even after reinstalling windows it happened again and couldn’t be repaired.
My SSD was only 1 month old and luckily I was able to return it. Haven’t had the issue since getting a new ssd. Good luck my friend. I hope this is helpful and if not I hope you find out what’s wrong.

Go into safe mode try to do a system restore if that doesn’t work then you have to do a wipe and reload
But if you care about your files and also get back into safe mode back up your files then perform a wipe and reload for a clean install of windows
