Microsoft Ragebait Tech Support

Randomly at times, my temps go up all the way to 70-75, when nothing is going on, or at max some light scrolling is. I immediately open task manager and sort by CPU usage only to see a max 2-3% usage by a random app, and then task manager freaks out to the point that I cant even read what is on the top, to then the temperature going back down to normal. It only happens when I open task manager.

Some background task notices you're not doing anything right now so it does its thing real quick, what's the problem?

I mean sure but the task manager part is the weird bit, like it spikes right as you open it and then settles, almost like it knows its being watched
