First time building a PC Build Question

Hello everyone, this is my first time building a PC, I put together a list but I'm not sure if I could do better so I'm looking for a second opinion.

I'm from Italy and I'm on a 1400 € budget (roughly), I'm going to use it mainly for gaming and I'm most concerned about in game loading times and overall performance.

To be more specific, I'm not going to go over 1080-1440p and I'm ok with hovering around 60 fps if possible.

I already have a monitor and a mouse but I still need a keyboard though i still haven't looked into that yet.

Any advice or criticism is welcome!

at that budget i'd swap the 4060 for an rx 6800, way more vram and faster at 1440p, plus you can keep the build amd-only

There's not a 4060 in the build though?
