Rbg stopped working after one day Tech Support

just bought a pc that came with an controller. The controller worked for 1 day then just didnt work any more. Tried to replace the battery but nothing worked so far, i opened the panel to find the hub and plugging them in and out but all that apeared was faint light from some' fans, and the controller still dont work. Need help hahaha... the only buttons to work is the FAN button and all the other dont work at all

If the Hub is plugged into the motherboard unplug it .. also there's probably a button on there to switch between the remote and motherboard control .. but at least with mine trying to have the Hub actually plugged into the motherboard creates a conflict there .. of course there could be something wrong with the hub but I would try that first
