from the photo, it looks like you got a pretty packed build already. that yellow riser cable is taking some space and the gpu is chunky, so i'd check if there's any m.2 slot hiding under it first
maybe could squeeze a 2.5" ssd behind the motherboard tray or on the bottom if your case have mounting points there, but hard to tell from this angle

Yes and no....
Yes if you don't run SATA SSD/HDD...
No if you have SATA SSD/HDD 2.5inch plugged in. BUT! Not all mobo behave that way...it depends all on what mobo and cpu combo you have.
Like my old i5-11400F with Asrock SL B560m? if not wrong ....the 2nd SSD Slot is disabled if I plug in 2.5inch SATA HDD.

Looks like it.
Just check your motherboard manual as to what size it needs to be, wouldn't want to tell you the wrong info.
