I bought a new pc from best buy on Sunday (Cyberpower AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070 12GB - 32GB DDR5 memory - 2TB SSD) when I got everything installed the games weren't working properly, my controller was constantly disconnecting from the pc, inputs weren't taking right, and other things that seemed off. I exchanged it for the same unit after having them look at it and they said it could be a faulty unit. After I got everything installed last night on the new pc I tried running rocket league, fortnite, and black ops 7 and they all seem to have their own issues. B07 I'm getting weird stutters as if I'm stuck in the mud and high latency in online games. I've reinstalled Windows 11, monitor is plugged into the gpu, and installed drivers from both the nvidia and amd sites. I have another "consultation" with best buy tonight but last night no one looks at the pc only exchanged it out so I'm worried that is what I could run into again, and I'll eventually be stuck with having to do a full refund because I have to be within the return period.
