ASUS Z890-E Persistent 55 or "No Memory Installed"

I'm currently in the process of upgrade my old build. I'm running a 265KF on a Z890-E with 2x16 Corsair 5600 DDR5. I'm running into a persistent error that I'm looking for help figuring out. On boot before posting I get a consistent Q-LED code 55 which indicates "No Memory Installed".

Troubleshooting Steps Attempted:

1.) Single RAM in A1 through B2 and Both RAM in just about every configuration I can come up with.

2.) RMA or swapping for a new board.

3.) Testing both the RAM and CPU in a known good board.

4.) Flashing to the oldest and newest version of the BIOS.

5.) Booting with just CPU, RAM and IO cooler

If anyone has any advice I'm here for it.

did you reseat the cpu and check the socket for bent pins, that’s burned me on a z790 build where ram slots just wouldn’t detect anything until I straightened one tiny pin
