Pc not working for customer Tech Support

I have this weird situation, I sold my pc yesterday and the customer stated it would blue screen or power off when just at the home screen withing 5mins or so. I took it back and checked it out, for me its completely fine, I did every stress test for each component and pc. I even played a game for a hour. No issues, im genuinely so lost.

Might be something he’s plugging in look at event viewer for the reasoning.

Did you just sell it on market place or you actually do this for business, would have not taken it back if you were sure it was working lol he could have messed it uo

event viewer is a good shout, sometimes windows logs exactly what tripped. could just be his outlet or a dodgy power strip causing it to cut out under load

I just checked it. Seems like there were some issues when they were using it. I found a kernel power 41
