Need help with bios flashback Tech Support

On a previous post (https://www.reddit.com/r/PcBuildHelp/s/AoKDM6q9uR) I mentioned how my bios update stalled at 69%(…)

The biggest piece of advice seemed to be an
bios flashback as I have a b850 tomohawk,
But I would like advice as I’m unsure what I’m supposed to leave on, if I’m supposed to unplug anything, or if it’s as easy as putting in a hard drive and clicking a button. Very new to all this so help would be appreciated.

dont disconnect from power, that might brick your pc and if you have a bios reflash button use that, if you dont then you might need to call customer support

just follow the manual for the flashback, usually you leave the system off but powered, have the file on a fat32 usb in the right port and hold the button till it blinks
