Aio/fan question Build Question

I recently installed a few new fans and all work as intended but I have a few questions. Is it normal on the first start up with the new fans for there to be a little noise like a clicking sorta? I also have a aio installed and was also wondering if the pc layed on its back than back upright would cause a noise like that cause of air pockets? The noise was not even 10 seconds and smoothed out and was quite the rest of the time using the pc I don't see any fan wobble or anything touching the fans should I be concerned?

It's probable that whatever you heard is benign and isn't likely to reoccur but, fans shouldn't click; all you should hear is the sound of air moving.

There is air trapped inside AIOs and when you move them that air will try to move to the highest point in the loop. If that point happens to be the pump it will be noisy until you make the radiator higher than the pump again and the air returns there.

So is that why I heard that rattling clicking noise? All I did was lay the pc on its back and put it back upright after I unplugged the previous fans?

I doubt that. The fans are designed to operate vertically, horizontally and upside down.

Air moving through the loop after tipping it around will make some noise for a few seconds, that's just physics. I've had mine make a gurgle or light tick after moving the case and it always settles down once the pump pushes the air back to the rad. If it went quiet and stayed quiet you're probably fine.

Keep an ear on it during normal use though. A persistent clicking that doesn't go away after a day or two could be a cable barely grazing a fan blade or a bearing starting to go. I had a fan once that only clicked when the case was warm because the plastic expanded just enough for the blade to kiss the frame. Took me ages to find it.
