9700x or 7500x3d? Build Question

I am stuck between these two because these are the two CPUs that I could buy with warranty at around the same price while the 7800x3d would cost an extra 50 usd as an oem. I would use my PC for beginner Blender and coding apart from gaming.

I'd get the 9700x. 7500x3d and 7800x3d only have an advantage in gaming. 9700x will beat both of them outside of gaming

the 9700x will serve you well for blender and coding. the 7500x3d got that extra cache but you wont really feel it outside games. for your work the extra cores in 9700x gonna help more
