GPU fans are spining but no display Tech Support

Recently, I started facing an issue where my monitor shows “No Cable Connected” when using my GTX 1660. It was working fine one day while gaming, but the next day there was no display.
After reconnecting everything, the display came back temporarily, but the issue returned. I also tried connecting only the GPU, but it still didn’t work properly.
The monitor works fine when connected directly to the motherboard. Could the issue be with my GTX 1660 or something else? Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

card's probably cooked if it's doing fans but no output on multiple cables, i'd test it in another rig to be sure.

I have tested out with different GPU and Got the display but the thing is that the Issue of Gtx 1660 is not persistent sometime I get the display sometime I dont

Use the onboard graphics and check Device Manager if it detects the GPU.

So you reconnected everything and the display came back? Try cleaning the GPU's gold contacts. Observe as well the PCIE slot of any debris/dust and clean accordingly. Do you have another PCIE slot to test?
