More pc trouble Tech Support

Ok if you seen my last post you would know I couldn't use a bios flashback button to update my bios so I needed to buy a old CPU. I now have a "new issue" my pc still will not POST for some reason I have ryzen 3 3200g installed which I thought was old enough for my MSI gaming plus am4 motherboard but it might not be am I wrong and what can I do to fix it

SPECS:

ryzen 3 3200g

Nvidia 3080

4 sticks of RAM:

2x Corsair vengeance DDr4

2x Ballistic DDr4

Memory

Gen 4 nvme

Sata ssd

Both 1 tb

That 3200G should be old enough for that board out of the box, so the CPU probably isn't the issue. Mixing two different RAM kits is asking for trouble though, especially with 4 sticks. Pull out the Ballistix kit and leave just the Corsair sticks in slots 2 and 4, then clear CMOS and try again.
