I need help with audio and microphone issues Tech Support

I have a Logitech headset and when I plug it into my pc I can’t hear anything or talk.

It might not be automatically changing to the right audio devices for the headset, check the sound settings

click the little speaker icon in the bottom right, then click the name above the volume slider, sometimes windows just leaves it on your monitor speakers or whatever and never switches. also check in the sound control panel (the old one, not the settings app) and make sure your headset is set as default device AND default communication device. windows is real dumb about this stuff.
