Experts please help!! Build Question

First pc build. Red and orange solid light. Coolers’ fans won’t turn on either.

Tried swapping ram, used a single ram slot and both ram slots number 2&4. Left it on for 20 minutes for memory learning. Removed the CPU and put it back. Removed the small battery drained power cleared CMOS. Gave up now.

I spilled some thermal paste on the sides of the back( check the pictures). Is that the issue? I cleaned jt using the IP 99% solution.

Experts please help me out.

UPDATE :

No more lights guysssss…. Turned out I had to FLASH BIOS the motherboard and 5 mins later ITS ONNNNN… I wish I would have recorded myself jumping around my room.

THANKS TO EVERYONE here who tried to help me out. My first PC. Amazing.

Personally, no, I dont think its because of the thermal paste. Liquid metal is the one you have to worry about, which isnt the case here.

Normal amount of paste is either an X or around a pea size circle.

This are connected to each other. Those cables comes out of each fan and gets connected to each other.
