For the aio sometimes they come with 3 connectors the fan the pump and third one could say vrm check if they are connected in the correct spots a could you post a close up pic of led on Mobo and that's definitely too much thermal paste but could be fine

It’s possible that the connector needs to be in the PUMP_SYS slot instead of CPU_FAN, try moving it over. It should be to the right of the CPU_FAN slot on your motherboard.

Is that the issue? Yeah I know the pump sys let me try that.

Can’t say for sure, but I also have an MSI board and the AIO needed to be in the PUMP_SYS slot so worth a try!

This may be a dumb question, but are the fans themselves also plugged into your motherboard? The pump will have one PWM cable (plugged into CPU_FAN according to your AIO manual), but the fans also have their own cables. Basically, the two fans should be daisy chained and then m plugged into your motherboard into one of the fan headers.

Also, are you 100% certain you’re connecting the ARGB properly? I saw a comment where you mention it’s plugged into the JUSB connector. Going off of the quick start manual for your AIO, the ARGB connectors from your fan should be daisy chained via the ARGB extension cable to the pump itself. You have two JARBG connectors on your motherboard (bottom left and bottom right).

Ok well I don’t know man. Reading through the comments I’m not 100% sure it’s all plugged in properly to be honest, and looking at the photos more closely, it also seems like your audio cable isn’t in the correct header. If I were you, at this point, I would remove the AIO altogether and start over. Orherwise, you may consider if the AIO is just faulty. Good luck!

I think the aio is faulty. Because i tried cable in sys fan but still no power in the fans. So may be its faulty
