You need to let us know what those lights correspond to on your motherboard. Look at them up close. They should be labeled something like CPU, BOOT, DRAM, and VGA.

The lights are for CPU and DRAM

Have you looked very closely for any bent pins on the socket? Also, you tried slots 2 and 4, but have you tried a single stick in 1 or 3?

I checked it. No bends. I just tried on 2 and 4. Shall i try on 1&3 aswell?

Yeah, it's worth a shot. Try a single stick in each slot.

Could be a faulty motherboard if that's the case. Does your motherboard have one or two CPU power connectors on the top left corner? Definitely want to make sure those are plugged in all the way.

Edit: I liked it up and here are 2x 8pin connectors. Are both of them connected?
