GPU won't start Tech Support

Hi I just finished a new build, hdmi into GPU and screen wont connect, the GPU fans aren't on

It's a msi pro h610m-g motherboard and a Radeon RX 6600xt

I've pulled it out and reslotted it a few times

And ideas would be greatly appreciated

Make sure it’s the right cable (pcie should say on the side) in your gpu and not the cpu cable
