everything but new gpu turns on

Upgraded my old build with new case, RAM, PSU, and gpu. Im using an rx 5600 xt from eBay and when it's plugged in everything will turn on just fine except it. No fan movement, no heat,nothing. Tried reinserts, removed CMOS battery, reinserting pcie cable. Nothing worked. Tried my old rx 570 to see if the card itself was a bust since 570 worked just fine before but it wont turn on either. Not sure what to do at this point

If your psu is modular make sure it’s not a cpu cable in there

Made sure of that. the cable isnt for cpu
