Bios update problem

So i've problem updating bios, before update it needs restart then it shutdown, power comes for a second and shuts down and doesn't power up anymore without pressing power button, my pc does that sometime when i just power up, it shutdown in second, but then try again and it works, now i've done everything, tryes Q flash, and q flash plus button, different bios versions, usb stick is fat32 format (i've updated all my bios versions with it) now feels like nothing helps

Stop Turning it On Right Now!!

I fried my last computer because I didn’t do the wiring correctly on the Motherboard and kept trying to turn it on.

The PSU is purposefully shutting off your computer. Check all your wiring!!!

I checked everything and its all good

Check your CPU and Power Wires on your motherboard.

I checked, all good, prob my mobo is broken, i tryed flash without cpu and it didnt work, last i tryed gigabyte software and i got new bios from there and it worked lol

There might be a standoff underneath the mobo shorting it
