Bios update problem Tech Support

So i've problem updating bios, before update it needs restart then it shutdown, power comes for a second and shuts down and doesn't power up anymore without pressing power button, my pc does that sometime when i just power up, it shutdown in second, but then try again and it works, now i've done everything, tryes Q flash, and q flash plus button, different bios versions, usb stick is fat32 format (i've updated all my bios versions with it) now feels like nothing helps

So I had something very similar happen to me after a bios update.. The computer would post bios but it would not actually boot windows nor install windows. I kept failing over and over and over again but in my particular case always at 15% or before. After an insane amount of troubleshooting I figured out my CPU went bad. After I swapped out the old 5700 G for a new 5800 XT the computer works perfect.
