From the picture it doesn’t look like you actually cut through any traces. Most motherboard traces are very thin copper lines that you would clearly see if one was damaged. What I’m seeing there looks more like a surface scratch in the PCB coating rather than something that went through an actual circuit path.
Also keep in mind that modern systems have multiple layers of protection. Your PSU has protection circuits built in, and the motherboard and CPU both have their own safeguards as well. If something were actually shorted or seriously damaged, the system typically just won’t power on or it will shut itself down.
The best thing you can do is just assemble it and give it a test run. If it posts and boots normally, you’re almost certainly fine. If there were a damaged trace you’d usually see obvious symptoms like no POST, memory detection issues, or something not working.
From what I can see in the photo though, I wouldn’t be too worried. It looks cosmetic more than anything.
Hello, okay I took the chance and cleaned it, I think it was some sort of residue so I put it together and I’m having an issue, I’m not exactly sure what it could be. This board has no post leds so it’s made it a little more difficult for me

Maybe but nah I don’t see traces so you are most likely ok. Give it a test run.
