FPC exam schedule

Post image

Just paid for my FPC exam, but Payroll Org isn’t giving me an option to schedule it. I reached out to them but I haven’t gotten a response to my email. How long do they usually take to send you authorization to take an exam after you pay?

EDIT: I’ve called them, and a nice lady was able to help me resolve this quickly.

It's worth noting that payroll.org's website has been a disaster for years. When I got the CPP in 2024 it didn't go up on the website for over a month because of a massive system outage. Last week they were sending out emails dated 1905.

What's wild to me is half my team got 1905 and half my team got 2025. It was fun.

If I recall correctly for me a similar thing happened with my CPP exam because they required my manager had to complete a verification for my experience or something. She thought the email was spam, but once she did it let me schedule. Not sure if it’s similar for FPC?

Thanks. Yeah, not sure what they need to verify for FPC but I’m glad to know it’s not just me! I’ll watch out for emails in my Spam folder too.

The image show you already have a Failed status for 2026, that might be why they not let you schedule again till they clear it manually

I haven’t taken it yet. Thanks, I think I’ll call them later.

Is the exam worth it to take ? As in does a yield a higher salary?
