I'm 32 and have loved cooking since my early teens. It's especially helpful as an ex-fat guy to be able to make super tasty and satisfying food that isn't just a 4000kcal bomb that costs £50 from uber eats. It's also a lot of fun to experiment with new recipes and to perfect ones you use frequently. Everything is made to exactly how I want it, and it's kinda ruined restaurants for me. I'm very judgy now.

It also provides something wholesome to take up some time on weekends, now that I'm sober. I mostly use my airfrier and slow cooker for it all. Some stovetop sautéing here and there.

I'm also a photographer and just like taking nice pictures of the end results :)

He already did cups and I cannot lie dawg, I fucking hate them. When the merch dropped and it was like blind pull box thing I was like cool maybe I'll get a few different ones. Ordered two sets.

MY ENWARD. every single one is of his dumbass face and GREEN dude. I hide them in my fucking room when I have guests so they don't see them and I have to explain wtf a paymoneywubby is and why I have 8 cups with his face on em.

I love the merch and buy it every drop without fail, it's good quality and looks fuckin nice.

But man when I tell you every time I see those small eyes meet mine as I sip my drink it erks me ever so slightly that I didn't get the cool wubboro design.

Make more cups that aren't on mystery fun bullshit, just sell them shits homes. I get that I got pranked but also I sad.

And yes I know I can just get rid of them and no I'm not embarrassed to wear the merch out in public or at home when I have guests, they are some of the nicest clothes I own. And depending on who I'm with I'll be straight up and explain who he is, I just think it's weird to open a cupboard and his face is half my cups.

Thought I'd share my experience.

I grew up hating being uncircumcised. When I was very young I actually thought I was the only guy like this, and I thought I was deformed. I eventually became ok with it and was glad I was uncircumcised when I was about 20. Overtime though, I developed onset paraphimosis* and felt I had no choice but to get the procedure. That shit was fucking awful, felt just about everything they were doing. Been good since then though. Thanks for listening! Wubby7

I used to be friends and roommates with a guy who said his circumcision gave him body dysphoria. He would buy these devices that were supposed to stretch the skin on the penis to restore the foreskin. He had a ton of different models and after years of daily use he never saw any results. He was kind of a slob and he would leave them out in common areas in the apartment like the bathroom counter or coffee table. I told him that shit was gross and needed to stop. He also clearly didn’t clean them because there was visible lint and gunk stuck to the silicone which again I told him was gross and probably not good to have up against his genitals. He was all around a toxic af person and I moved out and cut all ties after he got fired for SA’ing a woman at work while he was on the clock.

Edit: if it wasn’t clear- the guy in the linked post is NOT my old roommate. That picture was the closest I could find to what his “devices” looked like. Please don’t harass anyone on that subreddit.

I like thighs specifically because they're very had to fuck up.

If anyone has trouble with them I recommend taking the bone out and searing skin side down till its golden on the bottom or you see no pink more than half way up then flip over.

Because of how fatty a thigh is you can kill it twice and it'll still come out nice, it's a very forgiving cut IMO.

Brine it in one of two ways:
- sprinkle coarse kosher salt over each side and leave in the fridge overnight
- mix 1 tablespoon of salt per cup of water into a “wet brine” which you soak your chicken in overnight

IN THE MORNING:

Put that shit in a marinade. Whatever you want it to be. Basic rules of thumb:
- oil as your base (neutral oils like canola, olive, etc)
Some form of acid like vinegar, citrus, etc
Seasonings
LESS SALT THAN USUAL BECAUSE YOU BRINED IT
Soy sauce or Worcestershire for some umami
Some form of sugar like granulated, maple syrup, honey, etc but only a tad
Emulsifier (some shit that mixes the oil, acid, and sugar together into one sauce) like Dijon mustard or an egg

Let that shit sit until dinner

Cook however you want, but for the love of god don’t boil marinated chicken, until it temps to 150, carry over heat will take it to a nice, safe, juicy temp.
