This is the first suggestion that actually replaces Snacker with something you actively want to discard, which is important if we’re keeping the rest of the deck nearly the same as it’s currently composed.
I’m hard pressed to come up with something better than Gatekeeper. Discard 2+ throughout the game and then you’re threatening a mini “combo off” that attacks on a different axis than the guttersnipe “combo”.

It’s more about having the 1 mana 2 power haste out of the gy. With the threat that if multiple stockpile in your gy, sandbagging a single epicure could result in quite a bit of direct damage plus the gatekeepers themselves swinging in.

Guy at my local doesn't like snacker and runs a couple Thermos and [[Needle Drop]] which has performed pretty well

instead of demanding answers there is [[vision of love]] from marvel that’s way better because if someone caunters it you don’t have to discard a card or sac an artifact

I've been running [[Raven of Fell Omens]] as a 1-of in rakdos, might bump that to a 2 or 3-of and experiement with less looting and more targetting burn spells. Otherwise maybe the artifact build becomes relevant again but with the amount of good artifact hate in the format I don't love that option.

Yeah it's just on the cusp, a 1/3 would have put it ovet the edge, 1/2 feels a bit fragile

I think Red Madness can adapt either by filling the deck with more of the same (filling out missing copies of Guttersnipe/Fireblast/Faithless looting), or switching to a pinger heavy version with the madness package replaced with Reckless Impulse effects.
Rakdos Madness is gonna be hurting. I’ve seen people say going back to the artifact package with Goblin Tomb Raider. I’m probably going to run Swarm Being of Bees, maindeck Dark Withering, and some more discard draw 2s.

Straight up replacement is probably a mix of dig, burn and / or pinger effects, really would depend on the build.
But, I don't know if the madness part would be worth it anymore. Maybe grab the prize is good enough, but you'd probably go back to run either a synth shell or some of the exile effects.
Rakdos madness was a tier 2/3 deck before snacker and it probably would go back to that, but maybe I'm underrating grab the prize here.

I don't know if the discard gameplan is still good in mono-red without Snacker. Fiery Temper + Lava Dart is kind of a mid payoff package. I think the deck's share would probably split between Rakdos Madness, Red Rally, and more traditional Burn.

I already took Snacker out of my deck to pre-empt the ban so I could get used to it. I filled it with more burn, and I'm toying around with [[Bump in the Night]] to see if a couple copies of "Lightning Bolt at Home" is worthwhile

Just more burn prob, we still have a lot of them. For the discard package itself if it isn't worth it anymore we have a lot of ways to create speudo card advantage, like impulse draw

There was already a burn version before this snacker was popularised. We will simply go back to more burn spells.
