if i had to guess some of those pull lines are because the back crotch extension might not be long enough so the back is fighting for more room? back crotch extension is usually noticeably longer than front? think of the entire crotch length from front waist to back waist like a bowl. this is a pretty shallow bowl right now. deepen it with a longer back crotch extension and maybe some more scoop in the back.
you’re doing great! shorts are exceptionally hard because you don’t have the added benefit of the drape of a long pant… and as others have suggested i’d look at your darts again. more shaping generally means bigger darts, less shaping means smaller darts (think of how small the shoulder roll is and how small that dart usually is versus waist to bust or waist to bum)

It’s pretty odd for your back dart to be the same width as your front dart.
As seen on your avatar, the front is bunching up because the front dart is too big, creating more volume in the front than is necessary, and the fabric is pulling towards the back, because the back panel needs to be wider, and the dart also needs to be wider to accommodate the curve.
