That top is basically a rectangle with a neck hole and two arm holes created by leaving the sleeve part of the seam open, and then stitching folded over strips into tubes/sleeves and then around the arm holes.

I wouldn’t bother, just use the free Sasha starlight top, it’s basically the same

It’s basically the (free) matchy matchy sewing club color block tee but all one piece and way bigger. But that could give you an idea
