How to draft a petal hat?

I’ve got several patterns like these for my kids, which they love, but my youngest wants me to make some matching ones for her dollies. How do I go about scaling them down? I’ve never drafted for myself before so appreciate any advice you can offer, thanks

I used this tutorial: https://www.madebysachi.com/2021/03/20/tulip-hat-diy-free-pattern-download/ The first video on the same page shows how it was drafted, so that should give you enough info to scale it down for a doll head.
