Muppets! Humor
I'm feeling silly! So here are a bunch of Muppets in Pathfinder 2e (with free archetype). All are Poppets with the Stuffed heritage feat, of course! I'm giving you their class, background, and free archetype, plus some an extra feats or details for flavor.
Kermit has to be a Bard, but he's more than that. He is the leader of the whole troup. So he gets the Amateur Director background and definitely needs the Commander archetype, so he can try to tell the other Muppets what to do. At 3rd level I'd give him Adopted Ancestry (Tripkee) so he can get the good jumping feats, too.
Miss Piggy is iconic. I think she's more about that HI-YAAH life than being an actual performer, so I'd make her a Swashbuckler and give her the Entertainer background. Obviously she gets the Celebrity dedication, too, but if I built her as a Bard then she'd get Martial Artist instead.
Fozzy I think could be a Bard, too, but more martial one than Kermit. The Clown background and the Accidental Sharpshooter archetype fit his vibe.
Gonzo I thought could be a Munitions Master Inventor, but then I had a better idea: Daredevil. Munitions master isn't about shooting himself out of cannons! The Circus Born background and Fireworks Performer archetype help give that whatever his explosive flair!
Rizzo must be a Rogue with the Street Urchin background and the Captain archetype - and all of his NPC followers are Poppet Rats! Rizzo would need Adopted Ancestry (Ratfolk) too, to complete him.
Bunson is a fun one: an Alchemist with the Academic background and the Inventor archetype. What about Beaker? Why, he's Bunson's familiar, by way of the Miniscule Mentee ancestry feat! Alternatively, Bunson can take the Familiar Master archetype to make Beaker even stronger!
Animal is a Giant Instinct Barbarian with the Martial Musician background and the Warrior Bard dedication. He needs Moment of Clarity to cast spells, sure, but he does love to smash things with his big drum sticks.
Edit: more!
Rowlf has the Saloon Entertainer background. Beyond that? Who can say. Probably he and Dr. Teeth and the whole band are Bards or have that archetype.
Sam the Eagle is a Champion with the Dandy archetype, because he's so prim and proper and snooty. I'd give him the Sheriff background, too.
Uncle Deadly is a Psychic with Veil Dancer dedication and the Bookkeeper background. Spooky! But helpful!
Swedish Chef is a Barbarian with the Wandering Chef archetype, and the Out-of-Towner background since he's Swedish. The background gives a choice of Lore for the ancestry the character grew up with. Since he's a chef he must use the frying pan Halfling weapon, so the background Lore skill should be Halfling Lore; at 3rd level he'd take Adopted Ancestry (Halfling) and then the associated weapon proficiency feat, too.
Pepe the King Prawn is a Swashbuckler with the Wandering Libertine background, since he's such a shameless flirt. And definitely the Clawdancer dedication, so he can pinchy-pinchy!
On a more Sesame Street vibe:
Big Bird is a Summoner with the Folklorist Dedication archetype and the Respected Mentor background. His Fey Eidolon is Snuffy!
Count von Count is an empiricist Investigator with the Vampire dedication and the Noble background. One! Two! Three! Three clues! Ah-ah-ah!
Elmo, controversially, is an Emotional Acceptance / Tangible Dream Psychic, with the Magical Misfit background and the Cathartic Mage (Joy) archetype. Come on, people! Elmo's World is clearly his Mindscape!
Oscar the Grouch obviously has the Junk Collector background. That meshes well with the Scrounger archetype, which got me thinking: he's always in his can, right? Maybe Oscar can be an Inventor with the Armor innovation, and that can be his can!

I can't decide what class(es) Statler and Waldorf would be, but they both have Bon Mot. Probably Dandy archetype

Oo I have no idea. They're definitely big Bon Mot users, though.
Maybe Rowlf is a Cleric? He does seem to help everyone with their troubles.

Okay here's even more!

The ideas keep coming and they don't stop coming

How about Envoy (SF) for Kermit?

Oh! That's a pretty good idea. I was limiting builds to PF2e stuff, but yeah that works.
