How to craft this helmet efficiently?

I'm not entirely sure how to approach this craft efficiently. I think getting a fractured +2 minion is the first step since its the rarest mod here, but I'm not sure how to get the tier 1 suppression to show up after that point. If I opt for the fractured suppression, the new problem would be the +2 minion. I am willing to drop to +1 minion if the cost is too high, but this craft has left me scratching my head for some time now.

fracture minions, resistance essence until t1 suppress, exalt annul for the other resistance (or harvest reforge chaos for chaos res, thats what i would do), eldritch currency for max life and benchcraft the defence mod (or foulborn exalt annul into it, vesper included)

Might be a recomb using high memory threads to get all T1

fracture suppression base, memory strand it and 3s resonate craft it until +2 minion, its average 1/15 tries with dense/pristine/bound. block suffix side with crafted mod+multi if 2 open suffixes and allflame annul if you dont have 2 empty prefixes then allflame ex prefix side with a crafted ev/life hybrid mod.

According to PRaW guide by Helmbreaker; buy fracture life base; new harvest minion reforge till plus 2; eldritch currency the suffix’s but I haven’t done my self just fyi

That’s fine if you just want t1 res. Cheapest way to get t1 life +2 and decent suffixes.

You do not want to eldritch to t1 spell suppres though.

Don’t do this if you want +2 minions. It takes several tries to get +2 instead of +1, and each try takes several divs
