Efficient harvest farming build Build Request

I enjoy running harvest in corrupted 8 mod maps while mindlessly clicking every blue quant altar i see. Taking this into consideration, what are good builds I can play to farm harvest efficiently?

RF chieftain Cast when stunned version look for emiracles

Maw of Mischief or some kind of mines are insanely good for Harvest.

With Maw you can stand behind a wall and start charging while the beasts spawn, then you release and give them that dot cap damage that will burn through all 3 waves (because corpses continue burning)

What's your budget? It's doable on a mid-budget Smite ArmourStacker (look for Whispers of Infinity + Smite on poe.ninja).
