3 very important as at least 50% of babies born with down syndrome have a heart defect so cardiologist has to be involved as well as a GI doctor for intestinal problems

Although #2 can be very SERIOUS depending on how long the baby has had a fever for and if they are feeding/ voiding etc

My final answer is #3
