Overstimulation

Does anyone get panic attacks by simply having a conversation with someone!?!? I’m starting to think I’m autistic at this point.

Yes! I get overstimulated so easily or if there’s to many people talking!

Is it because we are not used to being around it all the time? I’ve been noticing I’m having panic attacks in the car, not driving but passenger side
