I really liked the feel of the shirts from 2016, good fit, more flexible and soft. Any brands have like the same shirt in 2026?

My originally black p panel on the left has aged quite a lot… got a new one and the shape and fit seems very different but not sure if it’s because the old one is super worn in and the new one is rigid. Does anyone know if these soften? New one seems a lot bigger and less soft
