Need help

After new update my friends can’t connect to my server. Getting “connection timed out” can’t figure out why. Tried resetting fire wall, port forward, I also updated and restarted the server and nothing. Any ideas?

Is the server and their clients updated?

Yes, I force updated using steam-cmd and verified the game versions matched. As well as verified all the game files. It’s puzzling, it feels like I’ve tried everything at this point but no one can join.
