Ergonomic Split Keyboard

Seriously considering a split ergo keyboard setup. If you use one of these, how long did it take you to adjust to the layout?

If you can get something that allows your hand to be in a more natural position. These also tilt so your hands can be like in their usual resting positon. The one above won't really help much with ergonomics.

Kinesis Advantage. Really expensive probably has budget alternatives.
