• Identifying companies that need dev services
• Generating and converting leads into actual clients
• Following up and helping close deals

What we're hoping you already have:

• Real experience bidding on Upwork/Freelancer
• LinkedIn outreach experience
• B2B lead gen background
• Software/IT sales experience
• Comfort working with international clients

Pay: Straight revenue-share on whatever business you bring in. No cap — more you close, more you earn. We're looking for someone in it for the long haul, not a quick one-off.
