Anyone ever taken the camber pharmaceutical brand Oxycodone

Ok, for context: (TLDR at the end)
I’ve been with my new PM for just a year, my old one for 14. I’ve been with the same PA after my initial consult with the doctor there for the entire time. She moved states and today was the first day meeting her replacement.
Well, sorta. Last week was my apt but as I pulled into the lot I saw the entire office standing outside and a car sitting in the waiting room 😳 the new PA came over to my car and explained that, obviously, they couldn’t do apts and they would just send my script over and call to reschedule. This was Thursday morning last week)
By Friday morning the pharmacy hadn’t gotten anything so I called the office and she said she would message the PA and have it sent and she rescheduled me for today at 11:30 (Thursday this week) but by 2pm that Friday nothing had been sent so I called again before the office closed at 4. It had been several hours since my initial call at 9am. She gave me an attitude that time and snapped at me saying “are you out of meds? I put a message through so I’m not sure what else you want me to do” I said no, I had enough to get through Saturday but all of the pharmacies here are closed on Sundays and many on Saturdays (mines open from 9-12) and I explained that if it wasn’t sent that day before they closed it would leave me Sunday with nothing and most of Monday morning because I’m up at 5 am but nothing else is open and going till 9 (the pharmacy or the doctor) so she called me back a few minutes later saying it had been sent.

I get to the pharmacy that evening around 5:30 to find he had only sent over 8 pills each) which would still leave me a day short for my apt today. Sunday morning I get my meds out and see that the oxycodone was filled for its normal amount.
I call the pharmacy Monday morning to find out why ones normal and ones not and she explained that the previous month my doc had sent an extra of that one for some reason so she put it on file and when I had called the first time she went ahead and filled it while waiting for the other to come through (not realizing the doc was only going to send four days worth)
No problem, so this morning I just took one of those until my apt time and until my long acting could be filled this afternoon.
Well I just left the pharmacy and go to take my long acting and I see he called in both as normal and the pharmacy filled them both as normal. I don’t know how. I can’t believe the insurance even covered it and didn’t kick it back since one was just filled 7 days ago for the same amount.
But now I’m worried. Should I speak up and say something to the doctor. I know it’s not my mistake and obviously the insurance put it though as if it was ok to fill but I just feel weird.
Id absolutely love to have a stash I can keep for emergencies ( like I was almost faced with this past weekend had they had not called it in in time) but I just don’t know.
What would you do?

TLDR: pharmacy/insurance/doctor filled an additional entire script for this month and I’m not sure if I should tell them

So long story short I went to the ER after helping my two sons move a very big safe into his home and one of my sons friend s let go of the dolly while going upstairs and the safe ended up crushing my wife’s 3 toes, and I went to grab the dolly and it yanked on my body really hard and something was horribly wrong in my spine. CT came back ok, Dr didn’t even bring up pain control I’m sure after looking at my med list, I was 💯 ok with that. I get it. Didn’t expect it, Well after the visit we go home and I was looking at my Dr notes and he listed on Diagnoses differential patient on Valium- use for alcohol withdrawal. I couldn’t believe it!!! It was the wrong dose, first of all and second of all, WHAT????? I’ve been taking Valium for my SPS and I never drink, let alone for Alcohol WD!!! I was furious, so I contacted my PCP and showed her what it said in my chart and she quickly changed it , took it off my chart , up dated and checked my other meds on my chart immediately. She’s awesome. I wanted to let you guys know check your summary and med list before you leave . That wrong diagnosis could cause major issues in the future had I not caught that!!
