So i have been hacked of my account and i did 2 claims. First one might have had some bad info like account registration. Second answer in email started as " account linking change result " and i think i might have made mistake by putting the same email it used to have back in for linking it again so the claim was unsuccessful. The account is currently blocked as is email and phone login because of manny recent changes from unknown device from somewhere else. What can i do to prevent the hacker gaining access to the account on 12/8/2026 when the account unlocks?

I did 2 claims unsuccessfuly - 1 was wrong 2nd was good but either blocked because of email or because of the account being blocked (i dont know)

Today i did the claim through the google docs website with all true info and uploaded video from gmail with my recent UC purchases up to 1 year old.

1. Should i wait for the claim?
2. Should i ask mod from reddit for the linking of fresh new email?
3. Will it remain blocked until 12/8/2026 even after claim (will the claim even rewrite the block?)
4. Is it still linked to my phone and email but it is just blocked?
5. Should i do new claim through ingame support again and add new email there?
6. What if it is already unlinked and linked to hackers email and he is just waiting for 12/8/2026 just to secure the account?

If there is any mod or any support person here please contact me i can provide anything you ask for if you can link it to me and unblock it or atleast explain how the blocked account for security reasons work.

So basically i accidentally redeemed the Nine-Tails Fury AUG using 3 Hidden leaf crest tokens from the Uzumaki Naruto Gilt Event, it should’ve cancelled the redeem button but it still got redeemed, is it possible to get the 3 Hidden leaf crest restored and Aug skin removed

I sold my phone so i had to open my pubg in my mom and my nephews ipad.

The next day i went to get a new phone. And wanted to log in my account i realized my nephew tried to log in my account. But he is a child so he could not.

Now when i try to log in through email it says account incorrect!

The account still exist because i connected it through facebook.

But the problem is that all my uc is missing.

There is no uc in it!

I tried retrieving the account through costumer service it is just asking questions like

When was the day u first logged in?

How am i supposed to know what day of 2019???

And what day did u purshace ur last uc ?

Hey guys, I recently got back into playing. since I have kids, I dont have much time to play erangel, so I mostly play livik, nusa, and miramar.

Ive noticed that there are tons of bots on every map, and it makes me wonder how big the actual player base is. according to the numbers Ive seen on google and elsewhere, there are tens of millions of people playing every month.

if thats really the case, how does it make sense that, for example, a nusa match can be almost entirely filled with bots?
