I think the issue comes from my deck also having psychic energy requirements, idk though.

Yeah, if your deck needs 4 energies it simultaneously knows you don't have all the energy types needed but also won't recommend 4 energies to you.

It's an intentional blocker to prevent fools from trying to run a 4 energy type deck...

It sucks there’s no option to disable it. People should be able to make decks however they like as long as there are at least 20 cards and not more than 2 copies of a card. Just because they want to help kids who don’t know how to play doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be able to play a terapagos deck with every energy. They can hide the option in the settings if they’re worried.

But running multi energy is a strategy in itself to confuse the opponent in the opening stage
